Our Approach

 

We all have times when we feel it may be helpful to speak to someone. You may be struggling with low confidence or self-esteem, anxiety, stress, or loss such as a bereavement or relationship breakdown. Thrive offer one to one counselling for adults which offers you a safe and confidential space in which to explore the issues you face, to identify the changes you wish to make- and to work towards making these and to move forward with your life. Thrive also offer regular affordable Personal Development Workshops

Thrive is led by Gwen and Jenny, qualified Person Centred Counsellors.

We offer affordable Counselling and Personal Development workshops in the Cumbernauld, Glasgow and Paisley areas at times convenient to you including
